The Quilt Basket is located in York, Nebraska, just 3 miles north of the Interstate 80 and Highway 81 junction at 718 N Lincoln Avenue.
We feature a great selection of fabrics, patterns, books and notions. We offer a huge selection of machine embroidery designs and accessories. We are also a Kimberbell certified store and offer long arm services.
The Quilt Basket is also a certified Bernina Dealer offering a complete line of machines for the novice to the experienced sewer. A Bernina-certified tech on-site is here to help you with any of your machine issues, or to just keep it clean and sewing!
Quilters come to The Quilt Basket from many miles away to take part in the wide variety of classes that are offered, as well as the Block of the Month Club. Clubs meet on a regular basis at the shop to work on their projects.
The Quilts of Valor group meets monthly to work on quilts.
We also have quilting classes for kids and beginners in quilting and machine embroidery.
